Mrs. Lhilhing from Priscilla Centre, Churachandpur, is blessed with a kiosk that was started with her savings. She could earn better income by selling tobacco and betelnuts but decided not to compromise her beliefs. Seeing her determination and hard work, a family contributed Rs. 5000 as seed money for her to open a grocery shop. From this income she supports herself and her son, Thangcha. |

Ms. Hage Mamung is from Priscilla Centre, Ziro. She lives with her elder brother’s family. Since she completed her one year training, she has become self sufficient. With the help of her brother she set up her own grocery shop where she takes orders from customers and stitches while she sells the goods. |
