Our Training

PC recognized the importance of capacity building for effective implementation. On different levels, PC has been facilitating this process for the past three years.
Training of Trainers and a Skill Enhancement Programme were introduced for graduates. From this programme four graduates have become instructors. Each Centre is encouraged to identify potential graduates to enhance their skills and link them for employment.
Every year, workshops are organized for PC Projects Partners. Two days are spent in sharing experiences, reporting and fellowshiping. The remaining two days are spent for skill enhancement in different areas.
At the community level, seminars and meetings are held for the local leaders. PC concepts and values are highlighted and leaders are trained.
